The campsite is situated directly on the seafront, on Barbarossa beach (with jellyfisch barrier net). It is made of sand and pebble and surrounded by rocks ideal for snorkelling and diving, ; there is a wonderful illuminated panoramic footpath which departs from Barbarossa and goes directly to Porto Azzurro. The beach is available to all but also has a part where sun beds and beach umbrellas can be hired, along with canoes and pedaloes. There is also a professional diving school on the beach.
